We will always reply the same day you send an order or request for quote confirming price and lead time for supply. For any items out of stock, usually price and lead time can be confirmed to you within 24-48 hours of your request.
Orders are couriered overnight.
Certificates of Conformance are included in our pricing.
If you have an item or order that needs to be returned, please contact us first to discuss the matter. If you have been incorrectly supplied, we will issue a return authorisation and arrange collection of the order on our account.
